3-Day Vehicle Exchange Policy

At Sunny & 70 Auto Sales, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a 3-Day Exchange Policy on eligible vehicles. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it for another vehicle from our inventory, subject to the terms below.

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

✔ Applies to pre-owned vehicles purchased from Sunny & 70 Auto Sales.

✔ The exchange must be initiated within 3 business days (excluding the purchase date).

✔ A business day is any day the dealership is open during regular hours.

2. Vehicle Condition

✔ The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as purchased, with no damage, modifications, or excessive wear.

✔ It must not have been smoked in or used for commercial purposes (Uber, Lyft, delivery services, etc.).

✔ Vehicles with over 150 additional miles since purchase are not eligible for exchange.

3. Inspection Requirement

✔ All exchanged vehicles must pass a dealership inspection for excessive wear, odors (e.g., smoke), and damage.

✔ Vehicles that fail the inspection will not be eligible for exchange.

4. Exchange Process

✔ Customers can exchange for any eligible vehicle from our inventory.

✔ If the new vehicle is of greater value, the customer must pay the price difference.

✔ Discounts applied to the original purchase do not carry over to the exchanged vehicle.

5. Trade-In Revaluation

✔ If a trade-in was part of the original purchase, its value will be reassessed at the time of exchange based on market conditions.

6. Financing Requirements

✔ If the original purchase was financed, the customer must obtain lender approval for financing the exchanged vehicle.

7. Non-Refundable Costs

✔ Taxes, registration fees, title fees, dealer-installed accessories, and other third-party costs are non-refundable and will apply to the new vehicle exchange.

8. Limitations

✔ Only one exchange per purchase is allowed.

✔ Vehicles sold “as-is”, heavily discounted, or marked as final sale may not be eligible for exchange.
